Brachioplasty, also known as an Arm Lift, is performed to improve the appearance of the upper arms when there is excess, skin sagging in the area. Brachioplasty is performed through an incision along the insider of the upper arm between the elbow and the armpit. Sometimes liposuction is performed in combination with the brachioplasty procedure to also remove stubborn pockets of fat in the area.
