The term "plastic surgery" refers to both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Taylor is skilled in both. Dr. Taylor specializes in cosmetic surgeries of the face, body and breasts. Cosmetic surgery is generally sought by patients to improve their appearance, and is not covered by insurance. Reconstructive surgery repairs damage from disease, surgery, injury, or birth defects.

Dr. Taylor has dedicated a portion of her practice to assist breast reconstruction patients after mastectomies. Due to the volume of patients requesting Dr. Taylor’s care, breast reconstruction at this time is limited to those patients seeking reconstruction for the first time.
