Description: Patient had fat grafting of her face at the time of her facelift. A total of 24.2 mL of fat was placed in the patient’s lips, chin, nasolabial fold, marionette lines, prejowl sulcus and cheeks. Giving her more youthful appearance than either procedure could provide alone.
